My Birthday Cake
My foster daughter C made this for my birthday last year. She used canned icing and layered the cake with no dowels ect...LOL. But she did it as a surprise for me and I LOVED it. SHe wasn't as happy with it. It didn't look like mine ect. She is 15 and this was her FIRST cake. I basically beat her till she agreed it was FABULOUS!!!

My Second Wedding Cake
This was the cake I stayed up till 2am to finish. LOL. This is also the first cake that I assembled on site, rather nervewracking if I do say so myself. It all went file till I stuck my hand into the side of the bottom tier while trying to turn the cake. (EEEEEKKKKKKKK!!!!!) I managed to fix it well enough though

Disaster Cake Fixed
My disadster cake once it was fixed. The colors didn't match because even though it was the same bags used the day before, the colors didn't have time to sit and dry and darken overnight like the original cake had. My dragon looked more like a hourse in this one. Unfortunatly noone took a pic before the disaster but you can believe me, it didn't look like a horse.

Jo-Jo Stage Cake
My friend who lives about 3 hours away asked for a stage for Jo Jo for her son's birthday. The cake traveled great (thank god) and Jo Jo and Goliath were added once it got there. I ran out of green for the grass at the end and didn't want to remix colors and have a corner that was a shade off from the rest so I left it plain for the Happy Birthday. Noone was the wizer.
