I had so much fun with this cake. I could have kept going and adding to it. Everything is edible.
I have always made smaller zebra style cakes, this was the first zebra wedding cake for me. It has a hot pink buttercream ribbon with chocolate fondant zebra stripes.
This is my 2nd Yoda. I didn't like him as much as my first one but once he was made, he was made. The people that ordered him, loved him, so that is all that matters. Right? His head is made from rice krispy treats and fondant. His body is cake and buttercream.
This was my first try with Yoda. I was pretty impressed with myself, actually..LOL! Face, hands, feet, and stick/staff are made from MM fondant. The body is made with choc. buttercream and regular buttercream. He has little hair tufts in the back but they don't show up well in the picture.
This is a child's birthday cake. Tinkerbell was originally made out of gumpaste but she didn't dry in time, so I had to settle with a Tinkerbell candle instead. The other accessories are buttercream, fondant, and royal icing. Fun little cake to make!
This was a fun and colorful cake to make. There was a flamingo and a macaw on the other side of the cake. The accessories are fondant and gumpaste.
This cake was for a girl who wanted zebra type cake but wanted to change it up a bit.
This is my first attempt at a Twilight cake. My 9 yr old niece told me exactly what she wanted on the cake and how she wanted it.
This is a baby shower cake that I made for someone. The original idea came from cupcakes that I made. This has become a popular baby shower cake for me because I have since made a few more.
