Nemo Themed Birthday Cake
Made this for a friendâs son. Images are chocolate transfers. Coral, bubbles, and writing are royal icing. To simulate water, I made four different colors of IMBC and then dabbed it on all over the cake before smoothing with a hot bench scraper. To try to minimize the blue teeth phenomenon, I first iced it all in plain white IMBC, refrigerated it until that layer was hard, and then proceeded with the colored icing, making that layer very thin. Thanks for looking!

Cheesecake Wth Chocolate Transfer And Wrap
Cheesecake for DHs birthday. Hes a Beatles fan, and Ralph Nader has the same birth date. This was my first chocolate transfer and wrap, proving that anyone can do it! I used the upside-down icing technique to avoid having to peel off and place the transfer. I just did it first, and then laid down the icing and then the cheesecake. There was only one crack and it wasnt too noticeable. I cant wait to try another transfer. Thanks to everyone who has posted the wonderful tips for making them!
