Just bought a new silicone cupcake mold and had some fun with it. First test was moms bday bouquet! Cupcake wrap is chocolate and roses are buttercream.

My first try at a gum paste wine bottle and thanks to the tutorial owner on Facebook. It was so easy to follow. Bottle and leaves are gum paste, crate and shavings are fondant.
First attempt at Lego Head cake -- my son (who's 23) is a legomaniac and this was a fitting cake for him. Mini cupcakes with blocks as toppers. All fondant.
Birthday boy is a black belt in Judo -- image is hand cut, words represent terms in judo, black ribbon tied as a black belt would be.
Made this for my daughters bby shower - our first grandchild! Six layers to get the height with the top slanted to get a different shape. All fondant decorations -- this one was alot of fun to make.

Chocolate mayonnaise (yes it tastes great!) cake w/chocolate SMBC filling. Fondant covering w/gumpaste flowers. And added one cupcake for each decade.

Jennifer Dontz came up to Canada last weekend and shared her expertise and talent with us. Great class and we completed the tiger lily, cymbidium and moth orchids / bittersweet and hypericum berries -- a very full two days but well worth it!
