Yellow cake with buttercream filling and icing. MMF balls and circles on top.
This was for my daughter's first birthday. It's all buttercream with fondant balls as accents.
This was a retirement cake I made. Fake flowers...not good enough to do edible flowers.
Here is my first MMF cake. It's a white sheet cake that I cut in half and stacked on top of each other because I realized I didn't have a cake board to put it on! It is not bad for my first shot...I learned a lot from it.
Not my best work, but it was my first ball cake pan...
I was really proud of this cake because I carved it out and then drew the icing in the fin shapes.
I freehanded the American Idol logo on this cake. It turned out pretty good. I wasn't completely happy with it, but other people loved it and my daughter (it was her birthday) flipped when she saw it!
This was the first edible image I ever used and I really liked how easy it was.
This was my first cake pan cake. It was my son's 2nd birthday and he loved it.
For my son's 3rd birthday
This was my first attempt at ganache and I took the picture before I cleaned up the plate. It was a yellow cake with the chocolate ganache.
I made this for a friend who loves Mickey Mouse and Alabama. The "A" was just bc that I let freeze.
Just a "for fun" cake...
This is a shower cake I made for my friend, who wanted a pink and purple cake.
My son's 2nd birthday.
