This is a pattern off my skirt. I was staring at it during church thinking "Hum...that would look cool as a cake" LOL
This cake was inspired by a picture from cakesunlimited.net. The bride brought it to me and asked me to make it. I made a few changes though.
This was for a bride who was very funky. All she gave me was Lime, Choc. brown, Mushroom. Go wild. So this is a funky cake I came up with. there is sugar crystals as the centers of each of the flowers. It looks like they are jeweled. It just doesn't show up on the pic.
This cake was supposed to have a fountain the middle, but the cake table was too small, so it got nixed at the last minute.

Fondant cake with red ribbon and Green Gerbers. Lime and red look really nice together. I've had a couple of weddings where that is the theme this year.

This was a simple cake, but boy did the black spice it up. I would have loved to put vibrant red roses on it, but the bride has a topper.
Gumpaste Roses, and hydrangea's. I'm really enjoying making flowers.
Client asked for purple, pink, and girly. So that's what she got! :)

2nd time doing Chocolate transfers. And NONE of them broke (un-like the first time when I broke 3 of 5). Little flowers made of Fondant and Piped on as well.
