Quilt Cake

I made this cake for my best friends mom's 50th birthday. She likes quilting so I thought this displayed the hobby well. 7 inch yellow cake with lemon filling and 9 inch chocolate with mocha cream filling. All BC frosting and MMF and gumpaste decorations.

Movie Cake

I made this cake for a "premiere" party that my dad threw for a movie that he was an extra in. The cake was chocolate WASC with chocolate mousse filling. The cupcakes were yellow cake with pastry cream filling. All frosted in BC with fondant decorations.

Baby Shower Cake And Cupcakes

This was a cake that I just did for my cousins baby shower. WASC for the cake with raspberry filling, white chocolate ganache, and MMF with chocolate and MMF accents. Then I also made pink velvet cupcakes with cream cheese frosting, and mocha cupcakes with espresso buttercream. Everything came out very well I thought and everyone was pleased..even the new mom :)

Brownie Graduation Favors

These are individual brownies that I cut with a cookie cutter and used chocolate MMF to cover. I thought they turned out really nice..the dots(made from RI) and ribbon colors are for the college that the high school graduate is going to attend this fall.

Graduation 2010

Cake that I did for a high school graduate. Idea came from Wilton. All BC. School colors were of no concern to the grad, it was pretty much at my discretion. I thought it turned out pretty good.
