Meg's Baptism Cake
This is my largest cake to date. It was for our little cousin who lives in Japan, but came to NC to visit family and be baptized. It is a 3 tiered (6"/8"/10") with 2 additional cakes (8"). All were various flavor combinations, with BC icing then covered in Satin Ice Fondant (which I now just love). All the roses are made of fondant. Thanks for all the ideas and especially to JaneK for assistance with the baby shoes on the top layer.

Strawberry Shortcake
This BC three tiered cake with Fondant accents was made for a very special girl who is successfully battling Leukemia. It is yellow cake with strawberry filling. Boy did I test my icing recipe in the Florida heat !! I traveled from North Carolina to Florida for this very special birthday party. I took the cake layers, frozen, but undecorated to Florida and iced once I got there.! This is the larges cake I have made to date - and I thought it turned out pretty good. Thanks to all for the ideas !!

Farm Animal Cupcakes
This is a sample of some cupcakes I am going to be doing for a friend's daughter's 5th birthday next month. Got the idea from the Wilton Cupcake Fun book - just put my own spin on it. Animal heads and hooves are made with roll out cookie dough (Wilton recipe - very tasty). Thought they turned out cute.
