My friend's fav food is spaghetti and meatballs so I wanted to do this cake for her. Tablecloth is MMF painted with food gel and lemon juice. Cake is Vanilla Hazelnut with Nutella filling. Meatballs are "Smooshed" Little Debbie Fudge Cakes mixed with a little Nutella and sauce is strawberry jelly. TFL

White cake with "made up" chocolate hazelnut filling. Bow is "stamped" with baby pacifiers and baby bottles. It was so humid I had to turn the a/c on 65 degrees and the cake STILL was "sweating". It's summer in KY! TFL!
