Purple Birthday Cake
I made this for my little girl's friend. She has been in the hospital for a month and got out 2 days before her birthday (which also happened to be 1 day before my kids birthday party) so we offered to share our carnival party with her and I made her a chocolate cake as requested. She ended up getting a nasty stomach virus when she got home and didn't make it so we delivered it to her. Please keep her in your prayers.

Autumn Leaves Scarecrow Big Thanks To Merissa
This is a scarecrow I made thanks to Merissa's amazing design she made for a cake show. I made this for my son's preschool for sharefeast (thanksgiving lunch for family) and it was a huge hit! The basket cake was pumpkin spice cake and the scarecrow was WACS (head was RKT) fondant decoration.

Chocolate Wrapped Fudge Cake
This is a tripple fudge cake. I baked it in an empty pinto bean can to get it to be the shape that it is. I hollowed the center and piped in chocolate buttercream then I put a thin layer of buttercream on the outside and tried my hand at wrapping it in layers of milk and white chocolate. Topped it candy corns for hallowee. it was TOOOOO yummy!

Beach Wedding
I made this for my best friend's wedding and traveled 8 hours with it. It was a huge hit! The cake had a glass bowl filled with actual sand and seashells from the beach. I glued a cake plate to the top to keep the sand from touching the top cake then stacked from there ... I also had a flickering LED candle as well inside the glass bowl. I made the seashells with a mixture of white and milk chocolate and shells molds. Thanks for looking.

Peach Cake With Chocolate Peach Ganache Filling
I made this with leftover batter and it is was YUMMY! it is white cake with fresh diced peaches added to teh batter then baked, it is filled with chocolate ganache with all natural peach preserves mixed in. then iced with buttercream and topped with poured ganache ... it was TO DIE FOR!
