Morocan Indian Fondant Cake W/gold Accents
My friend is French and her husband is Indian...I made this cake for her birthday to complement the bright decor of their beautiful home...Pink/Orange fondant. I used gold edible glitter (the small long tube by wilton) mixed with a little vodka to "paint" the fondant. You don't even have to wait until it dries! The little wooden accents on the side & the ribbon were the only non edible parts. Vanilla cake w/raspberry filling.

Tie Dyed Wedding Cake!
The cake was created for a 60's/70's Hippie wedding. Everything was Tie Dye, Lava Lamps, black light. Really great wedding! This is fondant which I "tie Dyed". The ribbon is just craft ribbon & the Astors are silks. The cake was lemon w/lemon filling and light lemony butter cream icing under the fondant. Groovy Man!

Hollywood Theme Teen Birthday Cake
I made this cake for my niece MiKayla's 13th birthday. She had a Hollywood Movie theme. Everything is made of fondant. Most of it I made a few days in advance and dried to allow for stiffness on the cake. The stars were dusted with edible glitter available at Michael's or JoAnn's. Cake was Vanilla I believe.

Penguins In Paradise!
This is one of my favorite cakes. My daughter wanted a "Penguin in Winter" theme. We created this cake together. I found a photo online (might have been on here!) and used it to create from. The penguins are fondant, the trees are upside down sugar cones w/butter cream frosting piped over them using a larger star tip. The igloo was strawberry cake baked in an oven safe bowl, frosted & covered with fondant "ice". The pond was just tinted piping gel! It was so incredibly cute!

German Chocolate Cake
This is one of my favorites to make. It is so easy and comes out beautifully every time. it's GREAT for beginners as it looks impressive but isn't hard! I dust the bottom w/chopped pecans and while I make my own coconut/pecan filling, I use regular chocolate frosting from the supermarket.
