A smash cupcake for a 1yr old. Made the 1 out of fondant which I inserted a toothpick in before harding in the freezer so It would stand upright on the cake.
This smash cake was a 6" strawberry cake iced with buttercream and decorated with fondant polkadots. The 1 was made out of fondant hardened in the freezer and I inserted a toothpick in it for it to go into the cake easily. Worked well for a "candle" for her smash cake.

The Mom requested a Princess cake with black and pink(s) plus polka-dots. I went hog wild with this cake and learned so much about fondant. The Tiara was done in fondant harden in the freezer which worked very well layed over a enchilada can for rounding. I used black wilton gel coloring diluted in vanilla for the accents on the crown. Painted on with a small paint brush. It easily went into the top of the cake. The customer was very pleased.

This is my first creation. I wanted to pratice scrolling and freehand drawing. The heart could use a little help butttt for the first time its not to bad. I had alot of fun getting creative with this one.
