Cake was made for a bridal shower. Carrot cake with cream cheese icing. The grass & tree are melted chocolate chips.

Friend requested a fish smash cake for her nephew's first birthday. All buttercream. This is one of my favorite cakes that I've done.
Cake all buttercream with fondant rainbow and lettering. Ponies were toys provided by client. I had a hard time getting the rainbow to stand up. Took several dowel rods. Still, the little girl was turning 5 and she loved it!
Boys always pick the strangest birthday cakes! This one insisted on having Venom from Spiderman. Don't tell him the icing was actually pink! (Just couldn't quite get red...) All buttercream with toy action figure.
Final cake for a fondant class. I was thrilled when I realized that anything I can make from polymer clay I can also make from fondant!
My six-year-old decorated the smash cake for her baby sister's first birthday. I merely iced it and wrote the name. She did everything else herself! What a proud Mama I am!
This view shows the fondant teddy bear and the ice cream cone Christmas tree. The rockying chair is red licorice. BTW, licorice just won't stick to royal icing. Kept falling apart!
Gingerbread castle from 2006. I was very pleased with the outcome. There is a marzipan dragon on the roof which you probably can't see. This was before I learned to do fondant so the flags are LaughyTaffy. Flags kept falling over. I'd appreciate any comments. Thanks for looking!
Gingerbread house decorated in lima beans, Big Red gum and chocolate covered sunflower seeds (which I discovered are SUPER tasty!) The house was open in back I'll post that view too. Please share feedback! TFL!
Buttercream with fondant moon, stars & baby. Clouds were buttercream. Bottom layer was carrot cake and top was chocolate. My friend loved it! Thank to all on CC who posted there wonderful inspirations for me to copy!
Chocolate cake w/ carmel filling from here on CC. All Buttercream w/ MMF for turtles and chocolate rock candy. My first try at MMF and my first cake for money. Client said the turtles tasted like candy corn! All comments welcome.

I love the new Wilton castle set! This is all BC except for fondant flowers. Made this for little girl truning 9. Unfortunately, every single tower fell over on the drive to work! Any suggestions?
This monkey is from Wilton animal crackers pan. All BC, some chocolate BC. My 4 yr old "helped" w/ the stars. Made for church just for fun!
