Star Trek cake. Traced and filled in. I considered adding stars to the top, but decided that the blackish color looked cool and left it alone. The sides of this cake are blue. I had some trouble with the blue and the black top blending.

3 tiered cake for church Christmas program. Top and bottom tiers are french vanilla, the middle tier is chocolate. They ordered it with the words to read from bottom up, so that Jesus would be on the top tier.

This is for my daughter's 4th birthday. It took me a LONG time to finish. There were so many colors and it felt like everything kept going wrong. Hopefully she loves it.

This is patterned off the invitation for a personal shower, except I decorated the dress like the brides. I saw another cake on here with similar coloring and liked the rosettes. I had some trouble getting them spaced right though. Probably should have stayed with my reverse shells.
The customer wanted a monkey cake for her 2 year old daughter. The invites that she used had a blue monkey but she didn't get a copy of it to me. I used a pic of curious george and did a piping gel transfer.

All in buttercream. Barbie and pegasus were frozen buttercream transfer. Barbie's features were too small for the size 1 tip, and her face was really hard to make. I thought she looked kind of weird, but I was happy with pegasus.
