The groom is a Memphis Tiger fan.....the cake is a chocolate chip cake with "real" butter cream icing.
This cake was not delivered by me, a family memeber picked it. That is why there is not an edge around the bottom tier. The roses are silk roses from a florist with basket weave.
This is a square three tier cake. I had a problem with icing this cake, so please forgive any mistakes. Our air condition went out while I was working on the cake in June. The daisies, on the side or fondant and the top ones are live.
