This is a cake I made for my granddaughters 3rd birthday. It was inspired by a cakesbysam cake. Her birthday party had a Cinderella theme and the room was decorated all in pink and white so the cake was just perfect. My first fondant covered cake. I found it easy to work with. The layers were 14", 10", 6" and 8" square for pillow. The underneath side of the pillow gave me some trouble. I could not have done this without the help of my DMIL and my DFIL...he cuts the boards and she has great advice.
Reeses cup topped with chocolate covered graham cracker. Stuck together with chocolate frosting out of the can. Pushed fondant through a clay gun to make the tassle. For my granddaughters 5-K graduation party.
My granddaughter wanted a My Little Pony cake for her birthday. I reseached and found three things about My LIttle Pony. Rainbows, castles and of course ponies. This is the result. I couldn't have done it without help from Michelle here at CC. It took me 5 days to make the cake and it took the kids about 30 seconds to dismantle it. The towers have lights in them...although you can't see it out in the daylight.
