40Th Anniversary Cake
This is a cake a friend and I made for a 40th wedding anniversary party. The cake was 3 heart shaped layers all made of tripple fudge chocolate cake, covered and filled with almond flavored buttercream and then each cake was crusted with chopped almonds. The roses and daisies were made from fondant.

Pink Lillies And Scrolls
This was my first "wedding" type cake. It actually could be a cake for MANY ocasions, I made it as my final cake in the Wilton course 3 and will be taking it to work for all to enjoy. The bottom tier is butter cake with strawberry filling and the top is chocolate with cream cheese icing. The whole cake is covered in MMF and decorated with BC scrolls (actually the first time i've ever done scrolls!) The flowers are royal icing Lillies with BC leaves!

Tea Party
This is a cake I made for my aunt. My mom took her to a tea room for her birthday and then back to our house for cake. The cake is chocolate fudge with a raspberry jam and fresh raspberry filling and iced with chocolate ganach (my aunt is a chocoholic!!) the tea pot is a FBCT and the roses are made on hershey kisses.

Mother's Day Tea
Both the tea pot and the tea cups are fudge marlbe cake with chocolate pudding filling covered and decorated with BC icing. Sugar cookies were used as the saucers for the tea cups as well as the lid for the tea pot. The handles of the cups and tea pot are made of Royal icing. The spout on the tea pot is half a hard taco shell covered in BC icing.
