I made these for my Grandmother and my Great Grandmother for Mothers Day. They help me out alot, they watch my daughter while i work so they deserve alot more than cookies. But i had fun with them.

So this was my first FBCT not that bad if i may say so myself. The pattern was pulled from the NHL website, they Birthday boy is IRISH (and proud of it) so i thought it was perfect. We went a little thin on the icing, the cake is Chocolate fudge so his fiance wanted just a touch of icing, Let me know what you think.

I made this b day cake for my boss.. It is two 12 in square strawberry cakes on bottom with a strawberry dream filling inside, the top tier is two 8in square cakes with the strawberry dream filling inside. All covered in MMF.
Dipped these Chocolate Chip Cookies in Red Chocolate melts (wilton) and drizzled them with white chocolate, The kids loved them)
This is a strawberry swirl cake... its two 8 in cakes, between the layers there is a layer of fresh strawberrys, with BC frosting. The Drizzle didnt turn out like i wanted it to... I dont think my chocolate was melted enough.
