This is my first baby shower cake. The flowers are RI. The cake is white with strawberry filling. It was yummy. I was called the night before the shower and asked to do the cake. I was told if I wouldn't do it they would just run to the store and pick up a cake. I said I'd do it since they didn't have one ordered. It think it came out ok.

This is the cake from my last course 1 class. The icing still needs to be smoother - I just went to buy some viva towels to try, lol! There should have been roses in the middle of the sweet peas, but the lady who sat next to me in class sat her tool caddy down on my roses. Roses are not easy for me yet, so I almost cried when she did that.
This is the first cake I made during my April Wilton 1 Course. The icing needs to be more smooth, but I think my boarder came out ok.
