Made the decorations from white and milk chocolate, 2 layer funetti cake, filled with french vanilla pudding and frosted with white buttercream frosting.

Vanilla and chocolate cupcakes frosted with milk chocolate and vanilla (food colored orange). Homemade bats are semi-sweet chocolate morsels.

Homemade pound cake with blueberrie, strawberries & confectioner's sugar.

M-E's 17Th Birthday Tiffany Cupcakes

My niece asked me to decorate a cake or cupcakes in the colors of the famous Tiffany gift box so I made these cupcakes. Half are Devils Food and the other Funetti. Vanilla frosting colored with blue and green food coloring. I made the bows and initials out of white chocolate morsels.

Christmas Ganache Cake

My family loves this cake so when everyone requested for Christmas, I had to oblige. The only regret Have is I was too heavy with the white choclate shavings and it might look like parmasen cheese... ;o)

Happy Easter

My first attempt at making (from scratch) MMF and working with it. My lettering is not very good. Didn't want it in the center of the cake but its still bad. ;o) Butterflies and flower are sugar cookies covered with MMF. Everyone in the family said it was good and chewy. I do not think I rolled it thin enough.
