For my granddaughter's 4th birthday she requested a princess cake. Pillow top cake is covered in fondant. Bottom two layers are cream cheese butter cream and all cakes are carrot cake per her request! Tiara was piped from royal icing and airbrushed with silver. Princess "heels" as the little lady calls them are made from fondant along with the purse, wand, pearls, lettering and flowers. All layers airbrushed with pearl.
As my fathers 80th birthday celebration was on ground hog day I had Punxsutawney Phil popping out of the cake. And as the party was a patriotic theme, he had to wear an Uncle Sam hat. Phil was made out of rkt. Great fun cake to make.
