I wasn't too sure what to do when the birthday boy asked for a cake showing Mt. Baldy and the Santa Ana river...He's a geography lover...at age 11. I carved one half of Wilton's ball pan into a pseudo-mountain, and then outlined a river with blue decorating gel and sparkles. A few trees and jellybeans topped it off...but he loved it.
Made to go with a cake I made showing Mount Baldy and the Santa Ana River. He is a special kid :) Smart, too!
