Winnie The Pooh 3D Cake With Honey Pot
I made this cake for my God Daughter's Birthday. *Tip: When pouring in batter to the cake pan, do NOT overfill the pan like I did! It will bake over, possibly causing your smoke detector to go off (if it spills over the sides of the cookie sheet underneath!) Luckily, my cake turned out beautifully nonetheless! I also filled the core with cake batter, which is optional, and it turned out great despite my earler faux pas!

Butterfly Line Design Transfer Cake
This poor cake suffered a mishap on the way to class and I thought I was going to just have to sit out and watch the others decorate their cakes. But somehow, by the grace of God I think, I was able to make it look half way presentable with my line design transfer. It is a really nifty technique!

Cascading Rose Basket Cake
I had no problem with creating the basket weave on my cake. However, I learned the importance of making my roses in advance! I had a tough time putting them on the cake without ruining them. The cascading roses were the hardest to apply! They eventually started to fall off the side of the cake! Luckily, I got my pictures before this happened!

American Flag Cake
I really enjoyed making this cake! -And in the process I learned, yet, another valuable lesson. It takes a lot of Wilton food coloring paste to make red! And it tastes horrible unless you use the "No taste" red! Better yet, go to your local cake supply store and buy the red icing already mixed up!

Teddybear Birthday Cake
I used the Wilton bear cake pan to make this cake. *Tip: Fill the cone with something light and then top with icing. I made the mistake of filling it with enough icing so that I could build the mounds of ice cream on top. Of course, this made the cone too heavy. Luckily, I was able to build up the arm of the bear to support the cone's weight!
