Every year I make cookies for the riders and support crew for the Cops for Cancer. I couldn't find a daffodil in the size I wanted so this is how I improvised. NFSC and royal icing
These took me for ever to make - 120 NFSC iced in royal icing and hand painted lettering with luster dust - didn't charge near enough - forgot about the hand painting or I would have charged more !!!

This is only my second wedding cake and my first one with fondant. I made it for a friend who wanted 3 layers of "fake cake" and the top layer to be real to cut into and eat. 8 inch vanilla cake,10,12,14 inch styrofoam cake with ribbon and silk flowers. Fondant draping was a first as well.

I was asked to make a quick cake for 2 people having a party on the same day, one being an adult who likes tinkerbell. I made 2 dozen cupcakes and iced then applied edible images of Thomas and Tinkerbell, buttercream flowers.
3 inch snowmen NFSC covered with fondant as soon as they came out of the oven. Cooled down and then royal icing details.
