This was a cake I made for my nieces birthday. I didn't think it was the best work but my sister in law loved it and my nieces friends parents thought it was made by a professional bakery so it boosted my spirits big-time

This was my first "official" cake order other than family. Thanks to Ladycakes for letting me see the picture of her Nemo. Since the customer wanted just Nemo for the kids I did another cake for the adults. It was a huge hit and to my surprise I was told later that 2 people that actually went to culinary school loved the cake, and my customer was asked by others for my number.

Made this for my DH grandmothers memorial. 1/2 sheet is yellow cake and the cross is chocolate with BC icing. Since I don't know how to do flowers I cheated and bought the flower spray from my local cake shop.
This is the 2nd CT transfer I did. Better luck this time, no bags busted, yeah!
