I did these for my friend's daughter & son's 13th birthday party. They had a luau themed party. Both cakes iced in buttercream. On the beach cake, I used crushed graham crackers for sand, tinted piping gel for water. On the fish cake, I used that craft foam for fins, gumballs for eyes, and fruit slice candy for the lips. Lots of fun to make.
