Total of 7 cakes... The tall 3 tier is dark chocolate cake with chocolate mousse. The rest are white cake with raspberry and white chocolate mousse. Took me a while to bake, but the cake was gorgeous with the water fountain...

This was my final cake for my wilton 1 class. The flowers should have been darker, but I love blue.
This cake is not a childs cake because I made it for a girl that was turning 16. It took me 5 1/2 hours with help from my boyfriend.
I didn't get to take the class for wilton 2, but I got the book and taught my self how to do it. Alot of colors right!
