This is my first wedding cake. I'm pretty happy with it. It was definately a learning experience. The top and bottom tiers are WASC, the 2nd tier from the top is strawberry cheesecake pound cake with cheesecake filling and the 3rd tier is chocolate mud cake with bavarian creme filling. All covered with SMBC and fondant accents. Thanks for looking!!
This was a lot of fun to make. It was meant to be a birthday cake but ended up being a practice cake due to a last minute cancellation. It's vanilla butter cake covered in fondant and fondant accents. This is modeled after Lindy Smith's Floral Heart with a few changes.
I'm pretty proud of this cake. It's the biggest one I've made. I was very nervous about pouring the ganache over the top of it. It's vanilla butter cake with IMBC and poured ganache with fondant accents. Cake was inspired by alimonkey.
This is my 1st carved and fondant covered cake. It's got a few booboos but I'm pretty proud of it. It wasn't done entirely by me, my fiancee did the carving and a couple of my friends and myself di all the fondant and piping.

This is Jenny's Pucker-up Lemon cake. There is nothing in this cake that isn't lemon. Very intense lemon flavor. Made it for my fiancee, he's a lemon lover. I think it's pretty darn good too.
This is actually my second practice cake. It's a chocolate pound cake with butterscotch filling and buttercream frosting.
