This cake had me sooo stressed out!! I made the mistake of dry brushing my luster dust to check colors and they looked perfect and then I airbrushed them and the colors changed when they got wet so I thought the bride would freak out becasue they weren't identical to what she wanted. But she loved the cake and once again I stressed for nothing

This cake was a mess up. I was doing a dummy cake for my front window playing with my airbrush and it turned into an ugly mess so out of a fit of frustration I airbrushed it black. Then my DH said what will you do with that. adn I stared at it for 5 minutes and this is what popped in my head. It's been my customer's favorite out of this month's display.
This was for a very good customer of mine. Her only daughter was turning one and she wanted a tropical themed cake and I sketched out this idea. I had a ton of fun making this cake.

I was worried about this cake becasue they were having their reception in a campground and the building was like a machine shed and they had almost all the bay doors open and it was windy. And theyre were a ton of people wandering areound the reception area. Hopefully it was left in peace
