Here is where I encountered a problem. When I was leveling my cake I snagged a corner and ripped it off. The fondant wouldn't lie smooth because there was nothing there to support it. It ended up draping in the corner so I tried to cover my mistake with a flower!
Here is my present cake from Course III. We didn't have as much time as I would have like to cut and decorate but I got done as much as I could in the 15 min.s that we had.

Well here is my basketweave class II cake with flowers and colorflow bird. I really had fun making this cake and all of the flowers!
This cake was made for a friends birthday. Rice Krispie treat center with Twinkies and Chocodiles "glued" on with the twinkie filling recipe. Drop flowers to accent! What fun this was to make!
Here is the rose cake from class one. I had a flat tire on the way to class so I missed the rose lesson (which shows LOL). I added that last rose after the fact and I shouldn't have. Oh well, more practice on the roses for me!

Here is the second cake I made. The Wilton Clown cake from the second lesson in class one. I didn't crumb coat the chocolate cake so I did have a problem with crumbs on top.
