Red roses
The pointing sign on the left says "kindergarten" and the garden stakes say Love, Laughter, Kindness, Encouragement, Sharing and Patience. The sign in the back of the garden says "Giving Tree (her school's name) Garden". The honey in the hive is tinted piping gel with some gold luster dust. Garden soil is crushed Oreos. The front of the cake is her teachers' and aide's name. I used hearts with a leaf instead of the ol' standby apple.
This was for a family friend who is from the Netherlands. The windmill was cut from gumpaste using a template and rolled around a paper towel holder to dry. The decorations are MMF.
This was actually for Mother's Day, the woman ordered this for herself!
MMF daisies, mousseline (IMBC) roses
A lot of time went into this one. The photos are bad, I had to assemble it on the lower level of my home and the lighting isn't good, the figures were too heavy and unstable to carry. Fondant-gumpaste characters and details. Many thanks to silvinia69 for her help and inspiration. . my cake can't hold a candle to hers but she gave me a lot of the ideas and was very kind.

Carnival cake for a 4 year old boy. Elmo in a bumper car, small popcorn, ice cream cone, admission tickets, funnel cake, candy apple made of MMF. Candy rocks for road border and crushed cookie mix for road. Tent is two 6" covered in MMF.
This was actually for my nephew's 9th birthday, he has a fixation with skulls. IMBC roses and the skull I bought, it's chocolate.

Tried to emulate the CIA YouTube video cupcakes...."begonias" were okay but not pleased with the carnations....look more like hydrangeas but that's okay, still nice
IMBC iced with assorted, first-time flowers! (need practice but was happy with it)
