3-Tier Heart Shaped Wedding Cake W/royal Icing Flowers
This cake was made for our contractor who is very earthy. It's a combination of his flair for fishing and camping and her feminity, so it has a combination of yellows, tans, and greens. The topper is the bride toting the groom carrying a rifle. One layer was yellow filled with strawberry, one was chocolate with raspberry and one was yellow with buttercream. The hearts were 16", 12" and 8". All of the flowers were royal icing. The leaves were done in buttercream.

Then we traced them onto the cookie dough and cut them out with an exacto knife; they are all baked on cookie sticks. Twins' Cookie Bouquet
This was designed for a friend who was having a baby shower and she knew she was expecting identical girl twins. She got the idea from http://cookiesncream.com/ . I couldn't match the cookie cutters they used, so we found what we thought would be appropriate. She used the bouquet for table favors and the angel cookies for place cards. The cookies was Wiltons butter cookie recipe and they were outlined with full strength royal icing and filled with thinned royal icing.

Pink Hearts & Flowers
16", 12" and 8" layers; two bottoms layers are stacked. Top layer is tiered on top. This cake is based on the old Wilton Course III Final Cake with some variations. With did a shell/ruffle border under the hearts and on all three layers. We opted not to do any drop string borders as the cake had to travel so we did the ball borders down the sides and added the clusters of flowers to match the flowers on the hearts. The bride's sister provided the cake top.
