This is only my third cake. It's a bit lopsided but I thought the fruit turned out nicely. I did use store bought icing because I was short on time. You can tell it was a little to warm. I won't use store bought again. It seemed to heat up in my hands too fast! I was constantly cooling the piping and the icing.
