I made 50 Peanut Butter cookies with toffee bits and choc chips, glazed with white ch. and a pink almond flavored icing Cancer Ribbon. Also, 50 cookies made with Ritz crackers with butter butter inside, then covered with dark choc. and a pink almond flavored icing ribbon. 2 to a bag. 100 cookies total. Bagged with a handmade tag, flower and ribbon. All for Relay For Life Cancer Awareness event. What fun!!
This was my second attempt at Fondant decorating. Scratch white cake with buttercream and fondant figures. It was so much fun. I tried alittle bit of everything to see if I could make figures. It was so much fun to do. Now I can say I did it!!
