This was a cake we did for the Premier Food and Wine Expo. Everything on the cake is 100% edible!! Basket, cheese, books are cake. Plates and food are gumpaste and wine bottle is sugar with an edible custom label. This cake was very big, weighing in at over 50#. The best part about this event.....Duff and Mary Alice were there and Mary Alice was one of the judges!! :-)
