Little Mermaid's Castle
I did this cake for my niece's 2nd birthday. She loves Ariel, so I created her castle under the sea. The castle was made using the bundt castle cake pan. I lightly crumb-coated the cake and covered in fondant and smoothed to get the castle's details, and airbrushed. The turrets are from the castle kit. Coral, flowers, and seaweed were made out of royal icing. Various sealife were royal icing and pre-purchased. Sand is graham crackers & sparkling sugar. Shells were candy melts.

Scrollwork Ccc
Had to do a cake for a co-worker's birthday. Originally, I was going to airbrush some kind of design on the top of a CCC iced all in white, but as i'm still new to airbrushing, I kind of goofed it up. So I scraped my goof up off the top, re-mixed the icing, which resulted in a pretty shade of green, and then re-colored the remaining white that I had to blue and here's the result! Cupcakes are vanilla cake/black cherry filling/vanilla buttercream. Scrollwork isn't perfect but i'm learning!

Giant Christmas Cupcake
This cake was made using the giant cupcake pan from Wilton. It was a champagne cake with buttercream icing. The base of the cupcake was surrounded with the soft peppermint sticks that I purchased at Cracker Barrel. The cupcake top was sprinkled with peppermint sugar crystals and the entire cake was sprayed with the pearl luster spray.

Happy Feet
This was the cake for the guests to go along with Mumbles. It was two 12 inch square cakes stacked (one vanilla, one chocolate) and iced in buttercream. I used the Happy Feet figurines I found at a toy store on top! The gal I made this for, her 2 1/2 year old daughter decided to "try" the icing before we got pictures! See the little smudge in the corner of the border? LOL

Mumbles From Happy Feet
This was the "smash cake" for a 1 year old's birthday. I had so much trouble with the cake itself...when I removed him from the pan, there was a big hole in his chest! I had some leftovers from the heating core, so I repaired the hole with that! The legs were cracked...I thought the neck was cracked too, but it wasn't. In the end, I put a dowel rod through the cake to hold him together and it worked! He's not perfect, but I'm pretty proud of my attempt! I got the inspiration from someone on here! Thank you!

Chocolate Cupcakes!
I made these for a co-worker's birthday. They are dark chocolate fudge cupcakes with a chocolate whipped cream filling. I then dipped the bases in melted candy melts to create a "cup" (inspired by the wilton book). They are topped with bettercreme and a dark cocoa candy melt wafer. They were a hit!

Words Cake
I did this cake for a co-worker's wedding. The cakes and cupcakes were all champagne cake with strawberry preserves for the filling and then iced in buttercream. It's hard to see, but I wrote random words that the couple had provided to me on the sides of the cakes and the wedding date across the top of each tier. The cupcakes mimic the words with printed bands wrapped around the bases.

Kya's 1St Birthday
This was the cake I did for a friend's daughter's 1st birthday. The bear was her smash cake and the big cakes were served to guests. The bear is strawberry cake with buttercream icing and the bottom cakes are white cake, filled with strawberry cool whip and chopped strawberries, iced in bettercreme and a little strawberry cool whip, and then topped with strawberries in glaze. The pillars were too tall to support the tiers, so we had it together long enough for pictures, and was disassembled immediately.
