Cowboy Birthday
This is an 8" and 10" tier. Top is chocolate with fudge filling and bottom vanilla with buttercream. The cowboy hat is RKT covered in modeling chocolate....someone on here gave me the idea to crust the rice krispies first and that work so well. I like modeling chocolate, but apparently I don't know how to use it correctly because it bloomed. In retrospect....it made the hat look weathered ;). Bandanna was an edible image and many other sugarpaste accents. The name was cut with cricut cake and surecuts. TFL.

Minnie Mouse Birthday
This is an 8" yellow with buttercream. Minnie's head or half I should say..is also cake covered with ganache then covered with fondant. Fondant ears and bow on top. The number "2" is also fondant. Lettering is cut with cricut cake and cardstock...wish I could say that was my idea, but not....genius though. TFL.

Drum Set
Holy cow was this some work...but all in all very happy with the outcome. All cakes are edible with the exception of the base drum which is a dummy cake. Thank you to those of you who helped me with this. I did 5 different 8" cake flavors: yellow, marble, chocolate, red velvet and strawberry. Cymbals are gumpaste fondant accents on drums.

Castle Birthday
This was my first castle cake and hopefully my last...OMGOSH....I didn't think I would ever get this done and never have I used so many different mediums at the same time. I used the Wilton castle kit...I don't know if that made it easier. This beast probably weighs about 65 pounds. It is an 8" and a 12", both are sourcream pound cake. TFL.

Hoppy Birthday
I thought this was kinda cute. The girl this was made for wanted a frog for her cake and this was my rendition. Figures are not my strong suit, but I wish they were. Nothing fancy about this cake other than the frog. Everything is buttercream except the frog, flower, cat tails and fondant "water" TFL

Thomas Birthday!
This was the first time I had ever done this technique and I learned alot. One thing I learned is that the bottom tier needs to be 3-4 inches larger than the top.....because I did not do that, I ran out of room for the tracks. Outside of that, I was pretty happy with the way it turned out. I did use a sturdier cake for carving (pound cake) The train is actually legos, the 3 is gumpaste and everything else is buttercream. Tinkerbells 3Rd Birthday
6, 8 and 10" tiers. 50/50 leaves, scrolls, and 3. All flowers are gumpaste and the figures were given to me by the client. I wish I could say this was my idea, but it was from a picture provided for me to replicate. Yellow cake with chocolate mousse filling and buttercream. TFL.

Antiquish
I have officially decided there is a conspiracy and only a chosen few are shown how to apply fondant....I am not one of the lucky....lol. Seriously, I can't put fondant on to save my life. I've tried everything. Anyway...this in an 8" sourcream pound cake with buttercream covered in Fondx fondant. The edges are crimped and hand painted then highlighted in gold. Ribbon bow in center. TFL.

Holly's Birthday
This is a 3 layer, 8" chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream. The bottom of the cake was carved about 1 1/2" smaller than the top and the top was also carved at a slant.(just for fun). Fondant bow, flowers and "H". The "H" has small rhinestones (inedible). I think this is one of my favorite cakes. The "H" was cut with cricut cake and surecuts alot. TFL

Lego Birthday
This is a 12x!2 cut into sections. I really had a hard time with this, but I guess it didn't turn out to bad. Fondant disks for the circle and cricut cake for the lettering. Just a hint for you cricut cake lovers: Sure Cuts Alot and DAFonts, these are free fonts. Thanks for all the inspiration here on CC. TFL.
