Elena And Dean's Engagement Cake
This is just an 8 inch square with a lid also made from cake, all covered in fondant and sponged to get the colour just right. The stargazer lilies are made from my modelling paste recipe and the pink tissue paper is just fondant. This is one of my favourite cakes, and my very first engagment cake!

Marbled Chocolate Fondant
This is from a Martha Stewart design. I love the simplicity and elegance of this cake, although simple looking it was quite difficult to get the marbled fondant looking just right and to get the ultra sharp corners. Still I love the design and the bride was at the reception centre when I arrived to deliver it and she loved it too, so that's what really matters.

Tea Cup Cup Cakes
I have to thank kylielam2005 for the inspiration for this cake. I took the idea from her beautiful cupcakes in tea cups which she posted last year, thanks very much :) This was for a Bridal Expo last night, and it was a huge hit, plus it meant I didn't have to make 50 or so cupcake, which is what I normally do for an expo. they are just vanilla buttercake with whipped white chocolate ganache, sugar flowers and dragees.

This is a tiny cake for my daughter's 9th birthday. It's a 4 inch and a 2 1/2 inch chocolate mud cake, covered in fondant with fondant ribbon roses, leaves and royal iced forget-me-nots and stringwork. I placed this on a handpainted plate that matches the tea cup in the background. My daughter thought it was the best cake I have ever made for her.

Peachy Green Wedding Cake
This is the first two tiers of a wedding cake, which also has an identical cake, minus the roses and ribbon as a cutting cake, because the groom didn't want anything more than a 2 tiered cake. It's a 10 inch and 7 inch chocolate and white chocolate mud in alternating layers filled with whipped ganache and covered in avocado green fondant with sugar roses and piped detail in avocado green royal icing.

3 Tier Fondant Display Cake With Pink Roses
My "emergency" cake, in case something happened to the other cake I prepared for the pictorial in a local magazine. A 10 inch, 8 inch and 6 inch dummy, fondant covered with pieces of fondant wrapped around each tier. They were made from long sausages of fondant, that I flattened with my hands and then glued on around the cake sides. The bow is modelling paste rolled with a textured rolling pin. The roses are made with the five petal cutter, which saves so much time!

Handbag And Shoe Box 50Th Birthday Cake
This was made for a friend's 50th Birthday. Both cakes are chocolate mud, and carved to shape, then covered in fondant, the shoe box in chocolate fondant. The accents are fondant/modelling paste, and the logos are hand drawn with non toxic markers. The mirror base was something I came up with because I was too lazy to cover the board with fondant ;0) Thanks to Boonenati(Nati) and Socake(Sandra) for all their help and for letting me "borrow" their ideas :)
