I wanted to try Sylvia Weinstock's buttercream and practice getting my icing smooth. This is the best buttercream icing I have ever tasted and it is so smooth. My husband even made a comment on how smooth the icing looked and how great the taste was. Very expensive to make, but worth it for a very special occasion
1st baby carriage cake. Mother-To-Be loved it and I was pretty happy with it myself. 12-inch round for the carriage and (2) 6-inch rounds for the wheels. Flowers on the carriage and wheels are gum paste
The sunflower petals were done in buttercream with a leaf tip.
