For a coworker's birthday in November. I used leftover mums from my Thanksgiving cake and RI flowers. The cake itself was snickerdoodle with buttercream icing.
This cake was made for my sister's 20th birthday. I used the mini-bear stand- up pan for the Koala and put it on top of 2 10" rounds. I was pleased with how the koala turned out.
My icing was a bit thin for the basketweave and rope border, but I was pleased overall with how it turned out. My colorflow birds looked horrible so I didn't want to ruin the cake with them!
