This was a re-creation of my grandparent's wedding cake for their 60th wedding anniversary. It was a "double wedding ring" cake with basketweave and white rose arrangements in the middle of both rings.

This was my first time using fondant. I used MMF to mold the animals, palm trees, rocks, and for the waterfall. Bottom tier was 12" square, middle tier was 8" round, and top tier was 6" round....all white cake with buttercream icing. I took ideas from the entire jungle cake collection here on CC....which numbered more than 20 cakes. Thank you to everyone who has posted a picture of a tiered jungle cake, as you inspired me!!
This was a 12" square grooms cake. Chocolate cake, chocolate buttercream, chocolate covered strawberries and english ivy.
14" and 10" round white cake, all buttercream. The 90 year old bride wanted a very simple, plain wedding cake.
These are cookies that I made this afternoon to send my grandkiddos for Easter. They are very soft, rolled sugar cookie with royal icing. There are Easter eggs, bunnies, chicks and butterflies. Thanks to AgentCakeBaker for the idea for the bunny face......it's ADORABLE! (My camera flash died....so it's not the best quality picture!)
