Cars Movie Cake
Thanks for all the ideas from fellow CC's for this cake! My son loved it and I learned a lot from doing it. It feels like a made a wedding size cake for a 4 year old - think I went a little overboard?? Definetly had some issues with the MMF and the buttercream became way too soft, but overall it turned out ok. Especially after I just about ruined it this morning!! (See other pics for explanation of that!)

Cars Movie Cake
It was right around the Sally car on the white cake where I completely leaned into the cake with my forearm. The cake was finished and I was putting something on our fridge with a magnet. I leaned right on the cake! Smashed it down pretty well. I picked out the salvageable black squares and then I tried to fill it in as best as I could with icing. Smushing the cake made the entire top layer shift so the squares all over got messed up. I cried. :) It was awful. But I was able to make it at least presentable

First Time Using Mmf - Gluten Free Cake
This is a cake full of firsts!! First gluten free cake (did not rise well!), first stacked cake, first time using MMF, first time attaching ribbon to cake. It turned out pretty well, however, I think the polka dots are a bit much - gives me a headache. :) It was made for a friend who adores polka dots, so she loved it. I am an amateur here, so I will take as much advice or suggestions as I can get! Thank you!

Butterfly Birthday
Cake for BF's daughter. Second time using MMF (first time a week ago!), first time making fondant/gumpaste butterflies. The butterflies turned out ok, better luck next time I hope! Little clear bumps in the MMF - did I not melt the marshmallows enough? Bumps are not powdered sugar, so?? I enjoy making and decorating these cakes, but it is so time consuming!! Again, I am a complete novice. Does it get faster the more you do it? I'll take any advice I can get! Thanks.
