Western Wedding Cake
First (and LAST) time covering a cake with rolled buttercream. Fondant ropes and gumpaste flowers and cacti. Gumpaste horse and stagecoach. Sign says "Just Hitched" (which I found terribly clever at the time). There are so many accents to hide all the rolled buttercream flaws - it worked, for the most part.

Barbie Dancing Princesses
Inspired by Debbie Brown's Sugar Plum Fairy. We had some issues with her skirt initially looking too small, so we added another layer. The running joke all day was that Barbie was bowing because she couldn't stand up in that thing! But the birthday girl loved, so that's all that matters, right? Barbie's bodice, sleeves, and tiara are gumpaste, as is Lexi's name. Everything else is MMF.

Blue Flowers And Bugs Front
The bride wanted blue flowers, bugs, and a gazebo. Those are pewter Pez dispensers in the little gazebo. Flowers are fondant/gum paste (there are ladybugs and bumblebees in there, too). Butterflies and dragonflies are wafer paper. The lighting was terrible from this angle.
