Keri loved elmo; so, I made an easy character cake for her 2nd B/day

My brother-in-law loves wine so I made this for his 50th B/day. The wine bottle was baked in 3" mixing bowl & then cut in half & stacked using buttercream. I guess you could use cake donuts if you were in a rush Then I covered it in fondant. The sheet cake was done in buttercream.

Very time consuming but easy decorating. I used a small glass mixing bowl to bake the segments & various candies to decorate. I mostly used a tip 12 star tip but after 4 or 5 segments switched to a tip14.
A really easy cake to decorate & transport to my nephews 2nd birthday
I made this for My grandaughter's 2nd birthday. Princess Keri helped with the design & decorating.
