Little girl wanted a club Penguin cake. She wanted one of the penguins to have its puffles on a leash. I didn't even know what Club penguin was. I feel soooo old! Buttercream with fondant and gumpaste decorations. trees are royal icing cones.
Done from a photo that the lady gave me. Edward and the wolf are store bought. Heart is cereal treats covered with fondant and lustered.

I had never even heard of these characters before. I had to look the up to see what they were. That makes you feel really old!
Super Mario cake. Buttercream with modeling chocolate, and fondant accents. Mario,mushrooms,turtles, stars and coins are modeling chocolate.
Done according to a photo the customer gave me. Buttercream and fondant. The strawberry house on top is cake covered with fondant. Strawberry Shortcake is a candle.
Mickey Mouse Cakes
Customer sent me a photo of this cake, so it is pretty much copied from the photo. I used 1/2 of the ball pan to make the Mickey Mouse top. The smash cake was baked in a small pyrex bowl.Cake was iced with buttercream, ears are chocolate clay, all other decorations are fondant.
Done according to a photo that the customer sent me. I didn't even know what the Twilight theme was.... Vampires! I would never have guessed. I was kinda dreading this one, but actually enjoyed it, and was happy with the finished product.
Another Deer Hunting Cake
Deer is chocolate clay, hunter is gumpaste, and tree is royal. Camo is buttercream. Had major problems with the hunter. I just couldn't get his arms and hands to turn out right, and just ran out of time.
It's a miracle because this cake fell over in the box during transport and this much survived.( Thanks to the chef at the venue. He MADE me pull myself together and fix it. ) Originally was 4 tiers with fondant ribbon around the bottom of each tier. It was a nightmare! Gardenias with calla lilies. Boy, did I learn from this one!!
Baby's 1St Birthday
Made to match the party decorations. Buttercream with fondant accents. I don't have one of the giant cup cake pans. so I used a small pyrex ramakin (sp?) to bake the cupcakes in. Worked great!
