This is the absolute most catastrophic cake EVER!!! It hurts to even look at it again. This was for my daughters wedding of all things. The wedding was about 4 hours away, in the middle of summer and the backside collapsed and we had to use her blusher veil to cover that, the icing was trashed, thank God I made extra pearls...WHAT A NIGHTMARE!
the "banner" got rain on it...other than that..not a bad cake. Could have been better, but then again, they can always be better.
I used the sports ball pan, filled one twice. b/c fondant and gumpaste stem and leaves
a closer look at the headlights (gumpaste painted and luster dust) the "farmall" insignia, also gumpaste and the "560" logo. the "smoke stack" is gumpaste and luster dust as is the filter the tractor itself is white cake with bc and covered in mmf

White cake for the car. the track is chocolate and the "wall" is white cake with cookies and cream between layers...the children at the birthday party went straight to the tires, they had little black teeth and tongues the rest of the day!
This is all buttercream!!! I used bounty papertowel for the "quilting" first ruffle, have sinced learned I was holding the tip upside down...Oops...it's always a learning lesson...crown is from the dollar store..

a photograph was taken of the real electric guitar for my nephews bday , we shrunk it down and used it for a pattern...all buttercream, white cake.

Oops, First upload too! lol..Please excuse the previous. Okay, so the star didn't make it so I added it on the photo program. I'm a cheater! I made it with the 3-D Christmas Tree pan. I've decided to make my own Christmas tree, wish me luck! White cake, butter cream frosting and a whole lot of fun!
