Britani'swedding

Boy is it difficult to photograph wedding cakes! This was my first big cake to do...for 150 people. The tiers were 18, 12 and 6 inches with buttercream, edible pearls and ribbon border. I piped tiny roses for the top tier. The bride gave me a picture of what she wanted.

Incrediblesbirthday

I had so much fun doing this for my son's 3rd birthday. It is 4 tiers so it came out really tall. This is not my original design as it was based on something similar I had seen. The street, windows and doors were fondant and I just went for it with all the Incredibles stuff...the figures and edible art. He, and all the partygoers loved it.

Roulette Wheel

Made this for our friend, who turned 33 which is his favorite roulette number. Chocolate cake. All of the roulette wheels and board were drawn out of melted chocolate.
