this was for my daughter's birthday. not one of the best cakes I have ever done. I am definatly not an artist, but i tried for her sake. My daughter ate the last of the black fondant as I was decorating the cake, so i was not able to attempt the nose, therefore, ariel has a button nose.

carrot cake with orange cream cheese icing---YUMMY! i used the playdoh extruder for the stripes. next time i would cover the whole cake in fondant and then apply the strips as the icing was seeping through.
this was my final for course 3. I remember it was very challenging...i swore i would never get how to ice a cake!!! first stacked.

my husband gave me permission to do as I pleased...i bought the new strawberry marshmallows and wanted to play with receipes, so he ended up with lemon extreme cake, lemon bc under strawberry mmf--YUMMY!!!!!

this is a cake that I did for my mother's birthday, She wanted a strawberry cake. it is strawberry box cake made with strawberry puree, smuckers jelly filling and mmf. first attempt at mmf--im hooked.
