My second entry into The National Gingerbread House Competition. A trunk filled with Christmas Ornaments with a few displayed on the board. All of the ornaments and the trunk are made out of gingerbread and accented with gumpaste, disco dust, or other edibles. I took home 2nd place this year.
These were the gingerbread dolls I made for the National Gingerbread Competition this year. The structure of the dolls are entirely made of gingerbread, with most of the surfaces painted with a color gel mixture. The faces and accents are made of fondant and gumpaste..
I made this gigantic cupcake on behalf of my daughter's Odyssey of the Mind team for the creative cake contest. I made gumpaste roses, carnations, daisies, and stephanotis, which are placed around the base of the cake.

I made this for my team last year for the cake walk and competition. It represented their skit, hence the odd items put together all on one cake! Their main character drank hot cocoa that made him fall asleep and wake up in different worlds....Music Land, Chocolate World, and Joke World.
I made this for my GS Troop last year. Each fairy represents a part of the of the Girl Scout Law(we had previously made pony bead bracelets with different colors for each part of the law). I also added a verse of the "Make New Friends" song around the cake.

I made this cake for my husband. WBH white cake with alternate layers of coffee and vanilla flavored IMB on the inside. I used the Wilton class recipe for the Buttercream on the outside. Trying to practice what I've been learning in Wilton course 1 and 2!
