This was one of my first cakes also. I know this has been done many times. But I'm going through photos and thought I should upload some that I passed up before.
I was so excited, I was asked to make a cake with a Bald Eagle on it. I looked in some of my Old Wilton Books, I'm talking from the 70's. I found this cake, I was so pumped thought it looked great. The poor boy was very dissappointed, He wanted the both wings to be spread! I was crushed. Thankfully I have learned alot since then. VERIFY ALL DETAILS!!!

Tried to match the plates and napkins. It is a 14 inch round chocolate cake with 10 inch round with rasberry filling, all buttercream icing.

I made this as an extra cake for my nephews. My godson wanted a french vanilla with Rasberry filling.
I made this for my nephews who had a Snow Cone machine at their Birthday Party. I could not find any instructions on how to make cupcake cakes. I could not figure out how to keep the cupcakes in the shape of the snow cone while I put the icing on. So I taped the outside ones to the board-NOT A GOOD IDEA WHEN YOU HAVE 15 HUNGRY KIDS TRYING TO GRAB ALL AT ONCE AND THEY WONT COME OFF OF THE BOARD!!!
This goes with the Jungle Cupcakes I made for my nephews. For the Lion I used the Rocking horse pan and a cookie cut in the shape of the Lions face on top of the horse face. It was easier than I thought. I copied it out of a Wilton Yearbook.

I did this for a police officer that was leaving for the LasVegas metropolitan police dept. The patch I printed off of the internet and laminated it. Turned out great!

This cake looked so much better in person than it does in the picture. I did this for my brother. I was SO stressed out with all of the other wedding stuff going on too! But I would do anything for my baby brother.
